Our company is trades as Limitless Safaris Ke and is legally registered by laws of Kenya as Trav Holdings Limited. We are licensed to provide tour operator services under Tourism Regulatory Authority license number TRA1/47/C01/3072.

Luggage allowance varies depending on the airline chosen. We highly recommend using soft bags for local flights, as they are essential due to limited space and weight restrictions on light aircrafts. Hard suitcases, such as those of the Samsonite type, may not fit easily, if at all, into the cargo compartment. Additionally, please try to utilize soft duffle bags instead of hard suitcases when traveling in safari vehicles, as storage space is limited.

A binding contract will come into existenc once Limitless Safaris Ke and you agree on the itinerary and quote provided for the same.  The booking will then be considered confirmed when an invoice is issued and paid for. Your contract will be governed by the laws of the country in which the supplier is located and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that country.  

When LIMITLESS SAFARIS KE has accepted your booking, the date of the confirmation of the invoice activates the terms and conditions of the contract.  Confirmation of services is subject to payment of a deposit of 30% of the total invoiced amount.  The balance is to be paid not later than 60 days prior to commencement of the services.  When bookings are made within 60 days prior to the departure date, full payment is required immediately on written confirmation.  If payments are not received within the above time frame, Limitless Safaris Ke reserves the right to cancel the tour which has been booked and retain any deposit received to set against expenses incurred in the booking of such a tour.     

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed without deposit. 

Prices are quoted in Kenya shillings (Kes) for local sales and United States Dollars (USD).  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.  Should prices or costs from suppliers increase due to inflation, currency depreciation and fuel surcharges, then Limitless Safaris Ke will not have any other option than to pass on the same to you.  All suppliers reserve the right to increase prices at any time of the year when costs increase outside the control of the supplier.

Please note that when your itinerary overlaps two seasons, the price will be prorated over the two seasons.  

Rates include but are not limited to the following services specified in the itinerary.  Accommodation with meals, tours, transport, driver/guide, park entrance fees, hotel taxes and service charges or as will be indicated in each quotation.  

Rates exclude (Unless otherwise specified), Medical Air Rescue services, Porterage, domestic Air Charters, Visa fees, beverages, laundry, telephone calls, scheduled flights, gratuities and all expenses of personal nature. 

NB: Flying doctor services are optional and available on request at prevailing market prices

Child rate: – is only applicable to one or two children under 11.9 years sharing a room with 2 adults. In the case of 02 children sharing a room with parents, the two children will share a bed, as most hotels/lodges cannot accommodate a fourth bed.  Kindly note that child policies may vary by vendors and seasons.

Single rooms are available at supplementary cost but the suppliers do not guarantee singles.  Suppliers will cup a maximum number of single rooms per group at a single room rate. Exceptions may be provided subject to seasons of specified booking.

(a) Should you wish to make any changes to confirmed booking arrangements, Limitless Safaris Ke will endeavor to assist. This will only be allowed for free on certain bookings but may come at a fee subject to availability of similar category bookings, flight rates and related vendor policy.

(b) Limitless Safaris Ke reserves the right to make changes to the brochure details, holiday arrangements and to correct errors both before and after you have booked the holiday. Limitless Safaris Ke reserves the right to substitute hotels of comparable status and make any changes in the itinerary where necessary based on prevailing deemed circumstances such as availability and forces or events beyond our control.  In this event, Limitless Safaris Ke will inform you at the earliest opportunity.  

If you wish to cancel your holiday, you must notify the Company in writing as soon as possible. Your notice of cancellation is only effective when it is received in writing. In such cases, the following cancellation charges will be payable:

  • A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking 14 days after confirmation.
  • 100% payment of the total invoice is required 60 days before the date of arrival for high and peak season.
  • 100% payment of the total invoice is required 30 days before the date of arrival for low season.
  • Any cancellation 60 days before your date of arrival leads to a 65% refund of the total invoice.
  • Any cancellation 45 days before your date of arrival leads to a 45% refund of the total invoice.
  • Any cancellation 30 days before your date of arrival leads to a 25% refund of the total invoice.
  • No refund for any cancellation within 30 days (consult the camp for credit on no-refund bookings).

Although it rarely happens, and Limitless Safaris Ke will do their utmost to avoid doing so, Limitless Safaris Ke must reserve the right to cancel tours and other arrangements. Where your holiday is canceled (other than due to your default in payment) due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control (e.g., overbookings), Limitless Safaris Ke will offer you the choice of purchasing an alternative holiday (and paying or receiving a refund in respect of any price difference) or receiving a full and immediate refund of all monies paid

The expression “force majeure” means any event which the supplier(s) in question could not have foreseen or avoided even with all due care.  Such events may include war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, government action and all similar circumstances outside the supplier’s control.  In these circumstances the suppliers shall not be liable to pay any compensation or otherwise be responsible for any expenses or losses you incur where supplier is forced as a result to cancel, delay, curtail or change your holiday arrangements in any way or where the performance or prompt performance of the suppliers’ contractual obligations is prevented or affected.  

In the unlikely event that a tour member has a dispute whilst on safari, this must immediately be brought to the attention (and put on record) of the local representative, hotel, lodge, or camp management. It is likely that the tour member’s complaint will be satisfactorily resolved there and then. If, however, this is not the case and the tour member wishes to pursue the matter on their return from safari, it is essential the complaint be communicated in writing to Limitless Safaris Ke within 21 days of the end of the tour, quoting tour reference, destination, and departure date. Limitless Safaris Ke regrets it cannot accept responsibility for any complaints that are not notified entirely in accordance with this clause.

Limitless Safaris Ke acts only as the agent for the suppliers and shall not in any event be liable for any negligence, breach of contract, or acts of omission on the part of suppliers, their employees, or any other agent. It shall be the responsibility of all customers, including (without limitations) tour members, tour operators, and travel agents, to read and familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of suppliers. Limitless Safaris Ke’s liability for its own negligence or breach of contract shall be limited to the tour price.

Serviceable safari transportation; minibuses, cars, Land Cruisers, and coaches will be provided according to the route and number of participants. Limitless Safaris Ke reserves the right to employ the services of sub-contractors. Multi-lingual driver guides are provided on request.

For flying packages, clients will share vehicles with other guests booked at the hotel. For exclusive use, please check with Limitless Safaris Ke for supplements, which will be subject to availability.

It is a condition of booking that all tour members must have sufficient and appropriate travel insurance for the duration of their tour. Such insurance (which is not supplied by Limitless Safaris Ke) should fully cover all personal requirements, including death, personal injury, medical expenses, and repatriation in the event of an accident or illness, as well as cancellation or curtailment of the tour members’ personal property.

As a general rule, Limitless Safaris Ke does not make hotel or lodge bookings only. In special circumstances, assistance can be given, but it is subject to a booking fee of US $50 per reservation per hotel.

Any special requests (e.g., for single rooms or particular diet) must be notified in writing when the booking is made. While the supplier will endeavor to meet such requests, they cannot be guaranteed, and any failure to comply will not be a breach of contract.

Limitless Safaris Ke services include flight re-confirmation and airport assistance within East Africa if clients are provided all services by Limitless Safaris Ke. In cases where Limitless Safaris Ke is providing part of the services and clients have other arrangements on their own, Limitless Safaris Ke will only reconfirm where forwarding addresses or contacts are provided.
